 ジック株式会社（社長 松下 実）は、慶應義塾大学が今年度よりスタートした「これからの学会・産業界を担うAI・IT人材育成の新しい方向性“AI・高度プログラミングコンソーシアム”（代表：慶應義塾大学理工学部　伊藤教授）の趣旨に賛同し、学生のみなさまのAI活動に参加・支援させていただきます。  参加の背景ジックグループ（本社：ドイツ）は、これまで産業用光学センサ技術や製品を通じて「製造業」「物流業」「道路・交通システム」「エネルギー産業」「船舶」など様々な業界の安全性や生産性の効率化、省人化を世界規模で進めてまいりました。　一方、日本国内においての労働人口は、今後さらに減少し、特に前述産業の人手不足は大きな社会全体の課題としてとらえております。その課題解決の一つの鍵である「省人化」「自動化」を進める上で、センシング技術とAIの融合がキーテクノロジーであり、その人材育成は急務と考えております。参加の趣旨様々な大学の理系研究室と企業が共同で、あるテーマに基づいてプロジェクトを組み技術開発に取り組むケースはこれまでもございますが、今回の「慶應義塾大学AI・高度プログラミングコンソーシアム」は、あくまで学生が主体かつ文理の壁を外し「AI技術の取得」を目的とした学生のためのAI活動であること、また単なる協賛金提供に止まらず活動に参加支援させていただけることで、これからの学界・産業界を担うAI・IT人材育成の新しい方向性を目指されることに賛同致しました。参加の役割今後学生のみなさまが主体的に行われる様々なコンソーシアム活動プログラムに対して、当社の視点からアドバイスを行ってまいります。また、当社保有のセンシング技術のAI活動に有用なデータやプログラム提供・主催によるAIセミナーやAIコンテスト等の実施によって、学生のみなさまのビジネス人材としての成長を促進していきます。 ... もっと読む
