The PLR is a sensor system for automatic robot handling of parts in carriers. It is a stand-alone device that includes everything needed for easy setup, simple integration with the robot and swift maintenance of systems in operation. The PLR is operated via an integrated web server and is set up in no time. The system is based on 2D and 3D vision technology to provide a unique solution that can be used anywhere reliable material handling is essential, even under changing ambient conditions. The PLR is calibrated at the factory with pre-installed software and can therefore be used immediately after it is unpacked. In just a few minutes, the system is assembled and connected to the robot. Then an existing configuration is downloaded or a new one created - then the PLR is ready for use.
