Tony Peet
CEO

Tony Peet joined SICK in March 2012.   He serves as CEO of the USA and Canadian Subsidiaries of SICK, a member of the Management Board and as the representative for North America on SICK's International Board.

Peet graduated from West Cumbria College, England with a degree in electrical engineering. He has global experience in general management, strategic marketing and sales leadership. Peet previously worked as the Managing Partner for Pazro Business Consulting and as the Vice President of Minco Products Inc. before coming to SICK.

Dave Szczepanski
President

Dave Szczepanski joined SICK in November 2012.   He serves as President of the US Subsidiary and a member of the North American Management Board responsible for Service and Project Execution and Customer Care. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Logistics Automation where he built up the sales and marketing efforts in that space.  He also called the SICK offices in Germany home for a time, gaining valuable intercultural experience. 

Szczepanski graduated from GMI Engineering and Management (Kettering University) with a degree in electrical engineering.  Szczepanski brings 20+ years of experience in systems execution, project management, and sales.

Elise Furlan
Chief Legal and People Officer, SSC05

President, PCA

Elise Furlan joined SICK in 2014 as the only attorney outside of Germany. After working her way to Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, she now reports to Nicole Kurek as the Chief Legal and People Officer. She is a member of the SSC05 and PCA Boards and is responsible for the Human Resources and Legal operations throughout the upper North American Region.

Elise studied Economics and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations at Carleton College. She also received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota, studied finance and accounting at Harvard, and studied abroad at the University of Cambridge and the American University of Beirut, curating a great foundation in international perspectives.

In her time at SICK, Furlan has forged new processes, built relationships, and developed our world-class Legal Department.

Christian Weisenahl
Chief Financial Officer, SSC05 and PCA

Christian Weisenahl joined the US subsidiary of SICK in January of 2023.  He serves as Chief Financial Officer for the US and Canadian Subsidiaries of SICK, is a member of the management board, and will be responsible for Finance & Controlling and IT for these units.

Weisenahl graduated from the University of Cologne, Germany in Business Administration.  Weisenahl has territory management experience throughout Europe having headed the European sales office in Munich, Germany at Two Technologies, Inc. before heading Finance, Controlling & Internal Services of SICK’s German Sales & Service Unit from 2007 to 2017. In 2018, Weisenahl was appointed to the management board responsible for Finance & Controlling, HR and Service, as well as Purchasing, Order Processing, IT & e-Business, Management Systems and Facility Management.

Andreas Lautemann
Chief Technology Officer, PCA

Andreas Lautemann joined SICK in 2008 as a Production Engineer and now serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the PCA Management team, reporting to Dr. Niels Syassen. He will oversee R&D and Functional Safety, including all engineering functions; safety standards and competence; and Product Lifecycle Management Services, in addition to handling product management responsibilities. 

Prior to his current role at SICK, Lautemann was a Team Manager of Process Design and a Team Manager of Continuous and Customized Engineering, and most recently served as the head of the BU R&D Motor Feedback Systems in the Business Cluster Sensing Efficiency for the last 7 years. 
 
Andreas went to University in Hochschule Konstanz, Germany and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Andreas has brought his technology and leadership skills, distinctive customer-centric mindset, and the Business Cluster perspective to his role in the PCA.
