Monitoring of dust emissions

Measuring the dust concentration or opacity in the stack of a power plant fired by liquid or gaseous fuels is a standard requirement. The exact measuring ranges and the number of components are dependent on local regulatory requirements and are indicated in the plant operating permit. The DUSTHUNTER SP100 probe type dust measuring device is a proven solution for very low to medium dust concentrations.

It features an automatic zero and reference point check and a contamination check. The DUSTHUNTER T100 cross-duct type has been designed for measuring medium to high dust concentrations. The principle of operation is based on transmittance. The DUSTHUNTER T200 features a contamination check on both sides and an optical unit with automatic self-alignment.
