Overview

System for analyzing the high-temperature exhaust gas of kilns

The SMC9004 series is designed for taking samples from rotary kiln exhaust gases. The system includes an automatic sampling oil-cooled sampling probe, a cooled heatsink, heated dust filter, and dust collector. The full sampling system and duct line are temperature controlled, and the programmable logic controller (PLC) automatically controls sampling, back-purging, calibration, and the pretreatment system.
