法律責任
SICK僅在下列情況下承擔賠償責任 - 無論基於哪些法律根據均如此：
- 蓄意，
- 組織或者管理職員發生重大疏忽，
- 因過失而傷害到生命、身體或健康，
- SICK惡意隱瞞缺陷，
- SICK承擔擔保供貨物件具備一定特性的責任
- SICK承擔擔保讓供貨物件在一定的時間內保持一定特性的責任，以及
- 按照人員損失與財產損失產品責任法，SICK在個人使用的產品上要承擔的法律責任。
在因過失而違反基本合同義務時，SICK也承擔非管理職員重大疏忽與輕微疏忽造成的法律責任，但是在後一種情況下要限制在合同典型的、證明合理的、可預見損失上。基本合同義務是指保護訂貨人的合同基本法律地位的義務，向其擔保合同符合其內容與用途的義務；此外，基本合同義務還包括只有滿足該義務才能按規定執行合同的義務與要定期告知且應該告知訂貨人是否遵守的義務。任何進一步的賠償被排除在外。

We have integrated YouTube videos into our websites, which are stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our websites. These are embedded in "enhanced privacy mode", which means that no information about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos.
As soon as you start an embedded video on one of our websites, the embedded YouTube player connects to YouTube so that the video file can be transferred and played. This also transfers data to YouTube as the responsible party. We are not responsible for the processing of this data by YouTube and have no influence on this data transfer. By playing the YouTube videos, you agree to YouTube's terms of use and data policy.
