SICK develops individual web services for customers who need a sensor for cloud communication to retrieve the desired data. The SICK LiveConnect digital web service is the standard and offers an easy and secure way to bring sensor data online. SICK LiveConnect manages routing and data forwarding from the sensor to other SICK or third-party applications. The web service combines a SensorApp and a cloud instance into a new product. This creates a connection between the sensor-oriented shop floor (SICK AppSpace) and the SICK IntegrationSpace® cloud environment.
