Compressed air consumption measurement in production

The FTMg thermal flow sensor measures the flow and temperature as well as the process pressure in the compressed air system. The areas of application are the central compressed air production area, the supply network as well as the connected machines. Internal data logging over seven days and integrated static evaluation help detect leaks in the compressed air system. All measurement data can be transmitted via IO-Link or with switching and analog signals. Power over Ethernet (communication with OPC UA) also enables simple web-based connection to a computer or a cloud to make energy consumption more transparent.
