Material weakness detection for brake pedals
The flexural strength of the aluminum brake pedal is checked by means of two pneumatic clamping cylinders that apply pressure to two sides of the pedal. The MPS-T position sensor is used to detect the position of the two pistons for stroke measurement and thereby determine the deformation of the pedal.
