Reliable position determination of shoe soles in the dosing process

The Ruler3000 3D camera detects the shape of the sole and its position on the conveyor belt. The high-precision images are processed and the calculated position data is forwarded to the robots for respective adjustment of the travel path. The pre-calibrated camera system enables very accurate object detection with reduced integration time. Combined with the fast scan speed, high productivity can be ensured, and as mechanical feed systems are not needed, it also saves money.
