Bin picking: robot guidance and orientation with 3D vision sensors
The short response time of the Visionary-S CX 3D vision sensor is perfectly suited for quick robot-supported bin picking. In addition to the depth accuracy, the color detection enables reliable identification of challenging contents, from numerous products in one bin or objects of the same size which are only differentiated by color. In addition to the depth data of the Visionary-S CX, level monitoring and detection of bin alignment are possible.
