Detection of small punch holes in metal plates
When punching holes in metal plates, the punching tool may break. This results in faulty or incomplete punch holes. The WLA12L small photoelectric sensor reliably checks the punched holes with its precise light spot of 0.3 mm x 0.2 mm. Thanks to its high switching frequency of up to 2.5 kHz, the photoelectric sensor can immediately trigger an alarm if a problem occurs to prevent further damage. Thanks to its compact design in a rugged housing, the W12L can be integrated easily into the machine and withstands stresses from the industrial environment without a problem.
