Full transparency and traceability in the assembly process through identification of the assembly

With the help of a UHF write/read device and the RFID transponder on the USB battery charger assembly, workpieces can be identified on the mounting station, individual manufacturing commands triggered and relevant process values saved. The RFU61x UHF write/read device enables full transparency and traceability when mounting assemblies. In addition, the transponder can be used for other process steps after mounting, such as logistical tracking of the device.
