Hybrid LED

Photoelectric sensors with infrared LED come with a hybrid LED.

The hybrid LED is used for sensor alignment. When the hybrid LED is activated, a red light spot appears that can be used to align the sensor with an object, a reflector or a receiver.

The hybrid LED only lights up for 20 seconds for alignment purposes and can be reactivated if required. Using IO-Link, the period the hybrid LED remains lit can also be set to indefinite.
