Presence and backup monitoring on a singulation conveyor

For optimal production processes, it is necessary to detect whether sufficient conveyed goods are present on a singulation conveyor or whether they have backed up. This is important for correctly controlling the upstream vibratory bowl feeder. The easily alignable WFL fork sensors and the G2F miniature photoelectric sensor are well suited for this application, especially where space is at a premium. The G2F detects even very small objects down to a size of 0.1 mm without difficulty.
