Automatic serialization in the pallet production process
The Pallet Serialization System enables the automatic serialization of EPAL pallets by assigning a unique QR code to each pallet. It thereby creates a digital twin of the respective pallet – for seamless tracking and efficient management of pallets and their loads in logistics and supply chain processes.The system automatically loads the codes from the EPAL cloud, sends them to the printer, and reads and checks them directly afterwards. It supports the most commonly used printer types.The system reports correctly printed pallets back to the EPAL cloud as valid. Automatic serialization and direct inspection help to avoid errors and rejects.
