Easy-to-use and flexible part localization sensor system

PLOC2D is a compact 2D robot guidance system that offers a fast and cost-effective way to automate pick-and-place applications. A high-quality imager and high-performance algorithm ensure fast and accurate part localization in any environment. The rugged device connects directly to the robot or PLC and is ready to use out of the box. Setup takes only a few minutes even without vision expertise thanks to the intuitive user interface. The integrated SmartMark functionality makes it possible to automatically compensate for robot and fixture position offsets, reducing the need for onsite robot programming.
