Service Coordinator – Process Automation / Systems Plus

Purpose of the Role:
 
In order to support the Systems Plus Sales and PA sales and support teams the Company is looking to recruit for the role of Service Coordinator to provide back office support. This position is full-time and based at the St Albans Office.
 
Your Key Challenges:
 
Acquire knowledge of the relevant SICK products, services and applicationss • Deal with telephone calls from engineers, colleagues, customers, vendors, suppliers etc. • Assist engineers with appointments and ensure Visit Reports are submitted correctly and timely • Work with SAP and CRM systems for price & delivery information, credit checks, orders, delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, invoices, scheduling visits  • Provide office support for the relevant engineers following the correct procedure for quotations, correspondence, maintenance contracts, induction training • Share best practice and partake in cross departmental / SSU working groups on continuous improvement
 
Your Qualification:
 
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and high level of computer literacy (e. g. WORD, Excel) essential • Customer service and scheduling essential • Business Finance qualification or equivalent experience an advantage • Strong numeracy and literary skills and commercial awareness and the ability to apply it  Experience in Sales and Service Office Administration gained in the UK  Experience in working with remote sales and after sales engineers • Experience in preparing tenders, quotes and credit notes  Strong technical background and understanding  • Risk Assessment and Method Statement familiarity  A flexible and “can do and will do” approach in an agile working environment  Strong communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English • Able to work on their own as well as part of a team  Full driving license
