Fine positioning the body

The car body must be precisely located at a pre-defined position for the robot to install the front screen. The IQ80 inductive proximity sensor signals when the pusher plate approaches the defined position. This signal is used to reduce the speed of the pusher plate. The WF fork sensor detects when the exact position has been reached.

This application can also be solved with the WFE fork sensor.
