Hazardous point protection at the robot cell

In automated machining cells, raw part totes or trays containing the finished workpieces are added or removed. The cell is protected at two access points with M4000 multiple light beam safety devices to avoid downtime. Two microScan3 safety laser scanners, each with 275° scanning angles for all-round surveillance, are used for access monitoring in the robot area. The S300 Mini with a protective field range of 3 m is the perfect solution in close quarters. The robot can continue with its defined work steps.
