Powerful scanner – flexible use

The CLV62x product family consists of compact, powerful fixed mount barcode scanners which were designed for a wide range of applications. Powerful, simple operation and flexibility are terms which characterize the CLV62x product family. The CLV62x combines a high reading performance with the SMART620 code reconstruction system: A reading algorithm that can accurately identify barcodes even if they are damaged or partially covered. The CLV62x is available as a standard variant, or with an integrated Ethernet interface, including Ethernet/IP and PROFINET protocols. The high-performance scanner features a range of additional functions such as remote diagnostics, which are enabled by the integrated web server and integrated evaluation of read statistics.

The compact CLV62x shows just how flexible fixed mount barcode scanners can be when it comes to interfaces. Depending on the device variant, it offers different connection options, either via an integrated interface or a gateway. The IP69K variant in the stainless-steel housing delivers reliable results even when ambient conditions are particularly harsh, such as in the food industry.
Space is tight? No problem. The smaller the installation space, the greater the challenge for the fixed mount barcode scanner. The compact device design of the CLV62x allows for easy installation even where space is tight.
Communication via tried and tested interfaces The CLV62x covers all common interfaces and therefore offers a high degree of flexibility for integration into the control environment – and without major cabling effort. In the event that the device is replaced, the cloning function ensures high system availability. Depending on the variant, the sensor has integrated communication interfaces or external interfaces by means of a connection module.
Steadfast in harsh environments Cleaning processes at high temperatures, with high-pressure jets or aggressive cleaning products are part of everyday life in the food industry. The IP69K device variants of the CLV62x with Inox stainless-steel housing, integrated plastic viewing window and Ecolab-certified cables easily withstand these conditions.
