Accurate wafer mapping in magazines
Two photoelectric Laser WT12L-2 sensors detect the edge of the wafer (usually C-shaped) and in doing so check whether the semiconductor wafer is positioned correctly in the magazine. This means that the robot gripper cannot damage the wafers. It also means that material is not wasted and laborious maintenance tasks are avoided.
