Inline 3D quality control of cast parts

For exact part control, the TriSpector1000 3D vision sensor precisely checks whether the cast part removed from the die casting machine by the robot is complete and whether any overflow is present. It detects volumetric surface errors and separates and discharges the cast parts showing any surface errors of this type. If the part is acceptable, it is placed on a synchronized slat conveyor, where a fan cools the cast part. Thanks to its intuitive user interface, the TriSpector1000 guarantees easy commissioning and operation.
