Edge guiding for multiple foil webs
During the production of battery electrodes, several foil webs run parallel to each other. In this process, the MLG-2 WebChecker measuring automation light grid enables high-precision width measurement and edge guiding of up to 5 electrode foil webs at the same time. Format changes can be made without readjusting the light grid. In addition, the MLG-2 WebChecker detects rips or holes in the foils.
