To start with, we familiarize you with many aspects of our corporate world in an introductory seminar. SensorING – The program for your career start.

SensorING is our Research & Development entry-level program for engineering and other technical and science graduates. You will complete three modules in a 12-month period. From day one, you will work independently on the development of industrial sensors.

During the first three months, you will learn all about your own specialist area and be introduced to all aspects of your activities. In the second module, you will work together intensively with areas that interact closely with your own and assume responsibility for certain aspects of work packages. In the third module, you will get to know another specialist area or – depending on the development projects in which you are involved – one of our national or international subsidiaries.

The employment contract for participants in the SensorING program is unlimited. When you have successfully completed the program, you will start work at SICK as a development engineer.
