ESD-safe identification of electronic components

Selected sensors intended for use in the direct vicinity to such components are subjected to special ESD safety tests in order to protect electrostatically sensitive components, integrated circuits and assemblies from damage. This includes the Lector61x image-based code reader, which, combined with the ESD front cover, reliably identifies printed circuit boards or device assemblies in electronics production in compliance with ESD requirements.
