Main Responsibilities:
1.Support the project planning and implementation process for the strategic global Hub concept. In the particular case the project ¡°HUB Asia". Embody the junction to the CD CCF. Participate in planning, conception and implementation of logistics processes, systems, techniques and methods at the Asian subsidiaries
2.Initiate and facilitate further developments in logistics and order management processes necessary to support sales and customer needs
3.Support rollouts of logistics processes in Asia/Pacific in the context of the global SAP-Program (SAP Global)
4.Main contact in Asia/Pacific for local and international logistics in close collaboration with the headquarter
5.Identify and implement ratio-potentials
6.Chair logistics workshops and trainings at the Asian/Pacific subsidiaries
7.Specify , train and coordinate procedural changes and improvements in the logistics context including test und approval management
8.Develop and provide presentation documents, data , instructional material and process documentations
9.Participate and lead work packages in organizational projects
Job requirements:
1.University/Polytechnic degree with focus on business economics/logistics or comparable professional qualification from China/China Hong Kong/Singapore
2.Knowledge: Good knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management; Basic knowledge of SAP (SD, MM) ; Very good knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin (native speaker level) and English
3.5 years professional experience within the area of logistics, among them 3 years as a managerial role; Good experience in project management; Able to act as facilitator between SICK China, the Asian/Pacific SSU`s and SICK headquarter in Germany and to establish strong relationships across distances. Has SAP or similar EPR system experience is a plus;
4.Sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office

You would get intensive training and introduction to the logistics structure and processes within the SICK group at headquarter in Germany for 12 to 18 months before being sent back to China.
