Duties/岗位职责：
- Pre-sales technical support for the specific fields’ productions, including but not limited to technical communications with the customers, prepare the technical documents and project communications to support sales activities.
针对特定领域的生产售前技术支持，包括但不限于通信技术与客户，准备技术文件和项目的沟通，以支 持销售活动。 - Cooperate with the R&D team to provide the technical proposal drawing.
与研发团队合作，提供技术方案图。 - Provide after-sales support to direct the installation and operation of the productions if necessary.
如果必要的话，提供售后支持来指导产品的安装和操作。 - Responsible for the training of the SICK new products and Products Promotion in the Marketing
负责市场营销中的新产品和产品推广的培训。 - Low-carbon work, advocate secondary paper, improve environmental awareness
低碳办公，倡导二次用纸，提高环境意识
Qualification/任职资格
- Education required/学历要求
Bachelor degree or above/本科学历或以上
- Work Experience/工作年限
5+ working experience/五年及以上工作经历
- Key Certificate. E.g. electrical certification, accounting certification etc. 关键资质。例如：电工上岗证，会计上岗证
Skill requirements/技能要求
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation and etc.
本科及以上学历，仪器仪表、机械、电子自动化等专业 - Experienced in RD or Technical Support in gas analyzer products is a plus
有气体分析产品相关的研发或技术支持经验的优先考虑 - Good communication and trouble shooting
良好的沟通和解决问题的能力 - Good command of written and oral English
良好的英文读写能力 - Familiar with Auto CAD
熟悉 CAD 画图软件
