Retrofit solution for recording data in textile machines

Textile machines in stock are often not linked to machine or production data. This means important product information, such as on vibration and compressed air consumption, is not considered. A retrofit solution from SICK makes such data of existing or additional machine sensors available and transmits it to a higher-level MES or ERP system or a cloud using a gateway. The data can be then evaluated there for condition monitoring, production monitoring or for logistics processes.
