Hazardous point protection with a safety camera system

For maintenance purposes or when processes are interrupted, operators must reach into the assembly station. The V300 Work Station Extended safety camera system detects this manual interruption and transmits a stop signal to the assembly station. Thanks to its compact triangular design, the V300 Work Station Extended can be mounted to the steel or utility profile frame in the assembly station using just two screws, thereby ensuring unimpeded access. Reflective tape is affixed to the side opposite of the installation location. With its optical angle of 110 degrees, the camera system automatically detects the entire length and width of the reflective surface and aligns the monitoring field accordingly.
