MCS100E HW-C

Your Benefits

  • One analyzer measures several gas components
  • Maintenance intervals as long as six months
  • Directly measures NO2 with no converter required
  • Especially low measurement ranges for SO2 , NOx , and HCl
  • Internal calibration filter minimizes use of test gas

The exact device specifications and performance data of the product may deviate from the information provided here, and depend on the application in which the product is being used and the relevant customer specifications.

Overview

The MCS100E HW-C uses infrared technology to analyze exhaust gas. From probe sampling to cell, all components that come in contact with the sample gas are heated to a temperature above the acid dew point to prevent corrosion. The sampling probe uses two-stage filtration, and the inlet to the analysis cell is also filtered, ensuring safe use of the system. A built-in high-temperature bellows allows for faster gas exchange, minimizing adsorption effects of HCl and NH3. The device can be used for environmental emissions monitoring and also industrial process monitoring. An optional FID may be added to measure VOCs.

At a glance
  • Measures up to 8 IR-active gas compounds
  • Gas paths completely heated to prevent corrosion and measurement error produced by condensation
  • Optional zirconium dioxide sensor for O2 measurement
  • Supports calibration of the full system or direct calibration of the analyzer
  • Multi-stage filtration allows safe sampling
  • Automatic zero and span point calibration, and internal calibration filter allows for calibration without test gas
  • Regular back-purging
  • Incorporates temperature and flow control and automatic sampling cut-off if malfunction occurs
  • Automatic purging protects the instrument in case of malfunction
