Monitoring exhaust emissions

Environmental regulations require the continuous monitoring of certain pollutants and reference values. These are specific for each country, but typically SO2, NOx, CO and O2 are required. In many countries, emission analyzer systems must be suitability tested and approved for use. A specially developed CEMS package, the PowerCEMS100 is designed to do the job and has been approved by an independent test body. The system requires little maintenance which is especially important to plant operators. The MERCEM300Z mercury measuring system monitors Hg emissions in flue gases with high availability even at very low concentration ranges and meets required legislative regulations. Data aquisition systems from SICK complete the CEMS package.
