Integrated diagnostic function during forming

Thanks to the integrated diagnostic function, the IMC proximity sensor monitors the results of each step during the forming process. When disturbance variables are exceeded, they can be signaled directly on the basis of adjustable switching points. This reduces scrap and simplifies troubleshooting as it allows the cause of the error to be quickly localized. The statistical monitoring of the signals enables trends to be recognized so any necessary maintenance or adjustment of the forming tools can be scheduled in a timely manner.
