Measuring the length of the pressed wood

At the outfeed of the finger jointing system, the DT50-2 Pro distance sensor measures the length of the wooden boards pressed together at the front and controls the cut-off saw for cutting wooden boards to the same length. Since the settings for the sensor’s speed, scanning range, and reproducibility can be adjusted to meet prevailing requirements, the sensor can be perfectly customized to suit each and every possible application.
