    How do I register for an account?

    You can register for an account via the Login tab at the top of the page. Once you have registered for an account, we will review your details, and you will receive a confirmation.


    What’s the difference between the user rights?

    We offer two options for user rights which are based on your company structure:

    • Pricing and availability (You have access to all the benefits but not authorised to purchase)
    • Authorised to purchase ( You have access to all the benefits plus being able to purchase)

     

    Why can everyone in my organisation view all orders?

    This is an automated field when you register for an account. If you would like the option turned off, please email sales@sick.com.au


    How do I place an order?

    Add products to the Cart on this website, call 1800 334 802 and press 1 for Sales & Customer Service, send your order via Fax to +61 3 9457 2023 or email sales@sick.com.au


    Where do I find the product price?

    Please register or login to see the product price. 

     

    Is my product available?

    You can see the usual availability of each product on this website. For specific availability please register or login.


    How can I change my shipping address?

    By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you checkout you can add or select a new shipping address.

     

    How do I track my order and order history?

    After your order is placed, you will receive your order confirmation number. You will be able to track your order via My SICK – My Orders.

    Can I place an order online and organise a pick-up or my own courier?

    Yes you can, please select pick-up in the checkout process.

     

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our premises. Please contact us ASAP to avoid disappointment.

     

    How do I reset my password?

    Your username is always your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by the Login tab.

     

    What if I need to program an encoder?
