Quality control using a laser line
The Profiler laser profile sensor scans a profile using a laser line. This information enables common quality criteria for device assembly to be checked. Integrated measuring functions such as the measurement of height, radius, and inclination enable a test sequence to be created quickly. In combination with a distance measurement system, complex tasks can be completed effectively and affordably.
