MCS100FT

Your Benefits

  • Reliable HF limit value monitoring
  • Just one analyzer for over 12 measuring components
  • Easy integration into the customer network environment
  • Long 6-month maintenance interval for many measuring components
  • Suitability-tested measurement of greenhouse gases such as N2O, CH4 and CO2
  • Low maintenance effort

Overview

The FTIR measurement principle enables the simultaneous acquisition of more than 12 measuring components tailored to the respective customer requirement. The MCS100FT FTIR analyzer system with its heated measuring cell made of corrosion-resistant material also enables monitoring of hydrogen fluoride limits as required by legislation. The MCS100FT is equipped with an oxygen sensor as standard and can be supplemented with a total hydrocarbon analyzer. With its reliable measurement technology, easy operation, and low maintenance requirements, the MCS100FT provides a hassle-free solution concept that offers unequaled opportunities.

At a glance
  • Small suitability-tested HF measuring range: 0 ... 3 mg/m³
  • Automatic spectrum adjustment via AutoVAL for reliable measured values
  • Operation via touchscreen
  • Sample gas transport by an ejector without moving parts
  • Suitability-tested according to EN15267
  • Remote control and diagnosis via SOPAS ET software
  • Automatic adjustment of the analyzer
  • Automatic backwashing and filter cleaning of the extraction unit
