Position detection of products on conveyor belts
If a Delta robot adds cheese or sausage to a roll, it has to grip the goods exactly and reliably. This safeguards quality and reduces unplanned machine stoppages. The Inspector PIM60 2D vision is suitable for checking products and detecting their position on the conveyor belt. The sensor transmits the data obtained to the robot, which is then able to approach the objects accurately.
