Ultrasonic flow measurement

In ultrasonic flow measurement, the speed of a gas flowing through a pipe is determined using time-of-flight measurement of the ultrasound signals. The ultrasound measurement is wear- and movement-free and takes place without any pressure loss. Ultrasonic flow measurement is preferably used in the area of custody transfer gas measurements that involve large quantities of gas.
