SICK AG, Germany and Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo, Dammam signed a license contract for manufacturing of flare gas flowmeters in Saudi Arabia.
SICK’s FLOWSIC100 Flare and Flare-XT gas flowmeters have a large installed base in Saudi Arabia already today.
The new partnership brings additional local value in terms of engineering, assembly and testing and providing faster delivery and local support to customers in Saudi Arabia. It supports the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) Program to add domestic value creation in Saudi Arabia.
The Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo, Dammam team engages in engineering, assembly and testing of flare gas flow meters in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The company also provides local support of installation and commissioning of flare gas flow meters by engineers which are well trained and certified by SICK AG, Germany.
