The IDM24x mobile hand-held scanner securely and reliably identifies two-dimensional codes, and all standard linear and stacked bar codes. An innovative, miniaturized matrix camera enables fast and secure code identification, no matter what orientation the code is in. Thanks to its extremely light and ergonomic design, it is easy to hold and comfortable to use. Configured in presentation mode, the scanner automatically identifies codes that are presented by hand. With corded and cordless variants available, you are bound to find the ideal solution for any application. Using modular connection technology, the mobile handheld scanners from SICK can be integrated into numerous fieldbus technologies such as PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET IO/RT, Ethernet TCP/IP, or EtherCAT®. When used in systems such as fixed 1D and 2D cameras or RFID read/write devices, the AUX loop-in is an economical solution.
