Connection modules connect SICK bar code scanners to a host system. The modules are simple to install and maintain and allow users to easily build networks.
The CDB and CDM connection modules allow simple wiring of bar code scanners, even in CAN networks. Scanners are also easily integrated in PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet or Ethernet-TCP/IP networks via external CMF400 fieldbus gateways. The use of external CMC parameter cloning modules enables rapid replacement of scanners.
