IVC-3D has up until now only been available equipped with a Class II / 2M laser. In some cases, where the objects are very dark, the 2M laser intensity has not been enough to produce good-quality 3D images.

SICK therefore presents IVC-3D 100 with a high-power (Class IIIb / 3B) laser able to provide solutions also for very dark parts or surfaces.

This new variant of IVC-3D 100 has a laser with about 5 times the power of the standard 2M laser, but is in all other aspects the same as the standard IVC-3D 100.

With included tools for inspection, robot guiding, measuring and identification IVC-3D is now an even more powerful success factor when optimizing your production quality.
