Hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and lubricating processes are at the center of almost all automated machinery processes. With modern technology SICK offers increased efficiency to its customers in the machine and tool manufacturing industry with simple and all-purpose sensors.
Cleaning plants: SICK's TDR-Level sensor, LFT, continually measures the level of the cleaning fluid. Large or small quantities of foam within the tank do not influence the precise measurement of the fluid level. In addition to the analog signal, the sensor also provides 2 switching signals for use as overfill-and dry run protection.
Three tuning forks LFV200 detect the maximum-, minimum- and demand level as point level detectors within the coolant container of filter systems. Even dirt and swarf do not influence the rugged measurement system.
The LFT is the ideal choice if continuous level monitoring of coolants is required.
SICK’s PBS pressure switch is used for continuous pressure monitoring in hydraulic systems, ensuring the machine applies the correct pressure during pressing.
The PBS pressure switch continuously monitors the pressure within the pneumatic systems of pneumatic presses. This ensures that the correct press pressure is applied during the working process.
