We would be happy to welcome you to the second Traffic Technology Days organized by SICK. Here you have an opportunity to inform yourself about the contents, program, and presenters etc. and to register for the event.In addition to the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and information, these two days also aim at giving new impulses and at stimulating innovative ideas. Last but not least, we wish to provide you with the opportunity to establish new contacts and meet friends and acquaintances again.These second Traffic Technology Days are directed primarily at equipment suppliers (system integrators), planners, and operators of traffic-related facilities from the European region. Following the exceedingly successful Traffic Technology Days in 2010 in Germany, this year’s event held in English has now been structured quite broadly in terms of themes, enabling many participants to find interesting lectures. Obviously, it is far from including everything encompassed by the term “traffic technology.” This time, the thematic emphases are oriented somewhat toward the aspects of “urban traffic” and “EU projects” and they include:
