  • Proposals on how to achieve compliance with essential safety requirements and EN standards
  • Functional description of the overall concept, incl. safety areas
  • Layout incl. location of the safety-related equipment
  • Functional safety assessment on safety related parts of the control system, based on a risk analysis and user information
  • Dimensioning of the mechanical guarding incl. heights, safety distances, max. openings
  • Specification of the safety requirements (SRS) incl. switch-off matrix, category, PL, SIL, stop category
  • Basis for the preparation of hardware and software concepts
