Here you find tools for support and the free of charge service packs. The service packs are assigned to the software versions. They contain minor amendments or eliminate bugs.

The tools provide support to get an overview on the functionality of Safexpert (Guided Tour, based on version 5.0) or the “FirstSteps” facilitate the installation or give an instruction for the first use.

FirstSteps 

"FirstSteps" explains in short presentations how to install Safexpert and how to make the first steps in the software:
  • Safexpert installation
  • Start and overview on the user interface
  • Create and manage users and projects
  • Instruction for the CE guide and hazard analysis

Service Packs 

Service packs debug some of the problems occasionally experienced in particular Safexpert versions. Service Packs are supplied free to Safexpert users.

Attention: Please note that the first two numbers of the service pack version are identical to the Safexpert licence version!
