For the FLOWSIC100 Flare devices the ultrasonic transducer was embedded in a flow optimized sensor. The unique design reduces flow noise and signal drift to a minimum. Therefore, the FLOWSIC100 Flare series suits excellent for stable and reliable measurements at very high gas velocities, e.g. in flare gas monitoring. The standard version consists of two sender/receiver units and a MCU control unit. The MCU is used for input and output of signals, for calculation of reference values (standardization), molecular weight, mass flow or gas volume as well as for comfortable handling via LC-display.
