The single beam infrared photometer combines the advantages of high accuracy together with excellent reliability. The long term stability of zero and calibration values allows maintenance intervals of 6 months. The analyzers self test function ensures security between these intervals. Optionally, the correct calibration can be checked without test gases. The system is heated from the sampling probe to the analyzer, to avoid any condensation, that may causes mal function and corrosion. All temperatures are thermostatically controlled. The system is designed to operate in rough conditions and to fulfill the requirements according to MARPOL revised Annex VI and the NOx Technical Code.
