FLOWSIC100 Series

Thanks to its modular design, the FLOWSIC100 series can be used in many applications.

Emissions monitoring

Continuous, non-contact, and direct – the FLOWSIC100 Emission devices supply accurate and reliable measurements of the volume flow and gas velocity in flue-gas, exhaust-gas ducts or chimneys. They fulfill the requirements of the German Clean Air Regulations and the Federal German Pollution Control Act (13th, 17th and 27th Impl. Ordinances).

Process measurement

The reliability, precision, and short response times of the FLOWSIC100 Process series significantly enhance the efficiency of open and closed-loop control circuits. The instantaneous flow measurement reflect the current process status - even under difficult conditions, such as high temperatures or pressures.

Flare gas measurement

For FLOWSIC100 Flare an innovative sensor design was developed. The ultrasonic transducer is embedded in a flow optimized sensor shape - qualified for high speed gas conditions. The unique design reduces flow noise and signal drift to a minimum and enables stable and reliable results at very high gas velocities.
